3. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: The information provided by Car Repair AI is for general informational purposes only.

• AI-generated advice may contain errors or inaccuracies
• Always consult a certified mechanic for professional advice
• We are not responsible for any damage or injury resulting from following AI advice
• Car repairs can be dangerous - use appropriate safety precautions

4. User Accounts

When you create an account with us via Google OAuth, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

5. Usage Limits

Anonymous users are limited to 3 free queries. Authenticated users currently have unlimited queries, but we reserve the right to implement usage limits at any time.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding user-generated content) are and will remain the exclusive property of Car Repair AI and its licensors.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CAR REPAIR AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
