Free Tier

Anonymous users receive limited queries. Signed-in users receive increased query limits as specified on our pricing page.

Premium Subscription ($4.99/month)

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly and auto-renew unless cancelled
  • You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • No refunds for partial months or unused services
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
  • Payment processing is handled securely by Stripe

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software) are owned by Auto AI Buddy and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you provide (questions, images, vehicle information). By using the Service, you grant us a license to use this content to provide and improve the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AUTO AI BUDDY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your content

  • Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the information provided by the AI system

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Auto AI Buddy, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use or misuse of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any rights of another party
  • Vehicle repairs or maintenance performed based on Service information

10. Data Usage and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of data as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to:

  • Violate any local, state, national, or international law
  • Transmit harmful code, viruses, or malicious software
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
